24: Live Another Day Teaser Trailer Comes Out – The Bauer Power Hour Is Back

Kiefer Sutherland returns as everyone's favorite agent Jack Bauer in 24: Live Another Day and we got the teaser trailer as Jack decides to have another bad day.

There was a lot of buzz in the air when the Super Bowl came around and we got small little teasers of the new 24 follow-up, subtitled Live Another Day. However, while a slow stream of publicity stills have come in, we haven’t gotten a lick of real footage from the actual show…until now.

We get various images of everyone new and that are returning to the shorter 12 episode mini-season event, but of course our sights will focus squarely on Jack Bauer when he first appears to both us and Benjamin Bratt’s character. In case you forgot, Jack’s been branded a traitor so having him some how on foreign soil when the President of the United States is in town, that will naturally set off some red flags. Returning as well is Goth Chloe (Mary Lynn Rajskub), as well as James Heller (William Devane), now the new President, along with his daughter Audrey (Kim Raver). We get some sights from new cast members, such as the aforementioned Bratt, a quick shot of Yvonne Strahovski avoiding an explosion of some kind and Tate Donovan calling Bauer a psychopath. Obviously he won’t eat those words later. We also get all of this in the backdrop of protesters of the President and his use of drone warfare. This seems to be the next topical debate as 24 has always tackled the controversial use of torture, espionage and its true impact on the protection of the United States best interests despite the costs it may truly have.

Overall, it’s a very quick trailer that might not fully quench the thirst of the past few 24-less years but this seems to be setting up for a fun mini-season. 24: Live Another Day comes out on Cinco de Mayo, May 5th, 2014 on FOX.
