You ever think it's unfair that Florida and California has all the fun with their Disney parks all to themselves? Well, that's about to change, at least a little, for a few select cities around the US. No, they won't be bringing Space Mountain and It's a Small World rides with them on tour. The D23 Fanniversary is more about Disney as a whole. Starting February 5th, Disney fans from all over can buy tickets for the events that will be taking place in Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, Orlando, Chicago, Washington DC, Newark, Boston, Seattle, and San Francisco throughout the month of March and a little into April 2013.

At Fanniversary 2013, Disney fanatics will get to experience the history of Disney and its many beloved characters, films, like Peter Pan, Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, the first Pirates of the Caribbean, and many more. They’ll even be focusing on the many classic attractions found at the Disney amusement parks as well as amazing moments from Disney’s storied history. The events will be hosted by noted Disney archivists, who will present many never-before-seen film clips and items integral to the history of the Walt Disney Company. It’s the place to be for all true Disney fans.

The tickets on February 5th will be made available exclusively to D23 members for only $21. Any remaining tickets will be made available to the general public starting February 12th for $35 each.
