Seems like Joss Whedon never really slows down. Even now, after directing the biggest movie of the year (Marvel's the Avengers), he's rolling out another, albeit much smaller, film called Much Ado About Nothing. It's a modern take on the classic Shakespearean play, featuring a host of his pals from previous projects, including Nathan Fillion (Firefly, Castle), Clark Gregg (Avengers), Fran Kranz (Dollhouse, Cabin in the Woods), Reed Diamond (Dollhouse), Sean Maher (Firefly), and Tom Lenk (Buffy the Vampire Slayer). But what I'm most looking forward to, being a diehard Angel fan, is the reunion of Wesley and Fred... errr... Alexis Denisoff and Amy Acker on screen together once again.
Here are just a few images from the film, which is set to premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival the week of September 6th.
