You've seen the trailer, and maybe even started re watching the past three seasons to prepare for the April 6 premiere of Game of Thrones' fourth season, but surely that isn't enough.
Well, the powers that be at HBO have heard your cry and have given you this: 15 glorious minutes of season four foreshadowing. Of course, if this still isn’t enough for you and you’re not already aware, there is always the books…
Spoiler alert: DRAGONS!!
If you don’t have time to watch, allow us to sum up the preview.
Executive Producer/Writer/Director David Benioff spills some of the smaller beans on season four. We will see a lot more of Tyrion, though he will be in near constant jeopardy. The newly handless Jamie may see some character redemption as he offers a hand to his little brother, while Cerci and Joffrey continue to be despicable human beings. Oh, and Arya continues to be a total badass. Obviously.
A few of your favorite actors give their own picks for their favorite characters, and new faces make their debut. We will get another royal wedding, this one decidedly less red, a new throne room for the mother of dragons, and, of course, DRAGONS.
Jon Snow learns a thing or two as he reunites with Sam and returns to Castle Black, and the foreshadowing hints and near constant drama of the preview only speak to the same being experienced in the season. Season four promises breath-holding, stomach churning excitement where the “good guys” make their stand. And, if you didn’t know, DRAGONS!!!
Season four of Game of Thrones premieres April 6 on HBO.
