Fans of GEEK attending next week’s San Diego Comic-Con can meet the editors, staff and publishers of Geek Magazine all weekend long at Booth #4014, the official home at Comic-Con for all things geek.

Everyone who subscribes to the print or digital editions of Geek at the show will receive a free issue of GEEK as well as an SDCC exclusive “Red Star: Rapidfire” collectible poster (subject to availability).

And, if that’s not enough, GEEK will be sponsoring several panels throughout the weekend featuring such geek luminaries as Being Human’s Sam Witwer, The Making of Star Wars Jonathan Rinzler, Thor writer Ashley E. Miller, Haven showrunner Gabrielle Stanton, comic legend Chris Gossett, Access Hollywood’s Scott Mantz, Sony Television Senior VP of Development & Production, Chris Parnell, and a live version of our current Star Wars cover story!

And to cap things off, Sunday afternoon, GEEK will once again be presenting the beloved Starship Smackdown, featured on NPR, The Hollywood Reporter and Deadline Hollywood, which boasted a surprise appearance by Neil DeGrasse Tyson last year, and has been one of the most popular and unforgettable panels at the con. Voting is currently open to nominate the contestants for this year’s Smackdown at Starship Smackdown on Facebook.
