Space Out to the Sound of the USS Enterprise Engines Filling Your Room

I'm trying to imagine a sound more soothing to the average geek than what you would find in the video clip below. It simply contains a still image of the USS Enterprise and the sound of the engines gently thrumming in the background... and it's 24 hours long. I'm pretty sure that I could probably sleep like a Tribble for all of those 24 hours if I found a way to pipe this into my bedroom (I tried to play it on my internet connected tv, but it wouldn't allow it).

I think the only thing that’s missing is the occasional blips and bleeps from various consoles, but I imagine that would just be something you’d hear on the bridge. Still, this is probably the closest you’ll ever get to closing your eyes and getting a real sense of being aboard a Federation starship. And, yes, these sounds are specific to Star Trek the Next Generation. Different shows from different eras actually do sound different.

I may be more of a fan of the original Trek, but I’m going to space out to this sometime soon…
