The Walking Dead is back and bloodier than ever with last week's gore-tastic season 3 premiere. But for some people, that isn't enough. If you're one of those insatiable folks, the webisodes were made for you. Sure, they don't feature any of the main characters from the tv series, but there are clear nods that everything is happening concurrently in the same zombie-infested universe, especially in this series, titled Cold Storage.
Directed by Greg Nicotero, the makeup effects master behind the tv series, and written by John Esposito, we follow a man named Chase (Josh Stewart) as he tries to make his way home to his family after the walkers rise and take over the world. This 5 part series lasts about 30 minutes and is worth a watch, especially if you’re a hardcore Lost fan who misses fan favorite character Artz. Okay, so Daniel Roebuck doesn’t play Artz in this series, far from it, but it’s always good to see him on screen anyway.
